In Austria many restaurants include the tax in the bill, however it is customary to give a 10% tip in restaurants. If you are satisfied with the service, you may choose to round up the total sum when paying. If you were not satisfied with the service, it is not unusual to give less tip.

THINK GREEN

The breathtaking nature and landscapes of the Tyrol offer various possibilities for sports and leisure activities. In order to ensure this for future generations, we have to protect and preserve the delicate ecosystem and precious natural landscapes.

We pay attention to a careful handling of water and remind our guests that the water from the Tyrols taps is of best drinking water quality. Inevitable waste is properly separated and disposed of. Please bring your own refillable bottles or thermo mugs. We try to avoid printing and all documents will be available as downloads on our website.
