The disciplines Slalom, Giant Slalom, Super G and the opening race (WWMG Race) form the Alpine Skiing programme at the Winter World Masters Games in Innsbruck.

In the disciplines Slalom, Giant Slalom and Super G the competitors will be battling it out not only for WWMG medals but also for valuable FIS points going towards the FIS Masters Cup.

The Giant Slalom and Super G will be settled in one run, while in the Slalom each skier completes two runs. The winner is the skier with the fastest total time.

The WWMG Race will be a Sprint-GS with shorter gate distances (similar as in parallel slalom) and just one run.

Age limit
The minimum age is 30 years. Athletes must be at least 30 years of age by December 31, 2019 (age group 1989 and older).

What's on?

Changes Alpine Skiing, 14.01.2020: Jury decision – the Giant Slalom Kat. C will be postboned from Thursday, 16.01. to Wednesday 15.01.2020. Further information: HERE and at the AIM.

Changes Alpine Skiing, 13.01.2020: Jury decision – Instead of Super G there will be GS for all categories (A/B/C). Further information: HERE and at the AIM.
