Ski Orienteering

Ski Orienteering is an endurance winter sport combining navigation and cross-country skiing across rough terrain using prepared cross-country ski tracks. It combines physical endurance and strength, excellent technical skiing skills and the ability to choose the best route. The athletes can compete in three distances (Sprint, Middle and Long). The competitions during the Winter World Masters Games in Innsbruck will also serve as the World Masters Ski Orienteering Championships.

Minimum age: 30 years until December 31, 2020.

The Ski Orienteering competitions during the WWMG 2020 are also the official IOF World Masters Ski Orienteering Championships. As usual for official IOF events you can find all information (including participant lists) in the IOF Eventor.
